Regenerative Partnerships Playground

What if we integrate regenerative principles into our partnerships and collaborations?

Join us as we gather, immersing ourselves in connection with our inner selves and other purpose-driven individuals in nature, to find clarity, inspiration, and solid ground.

Together, in-person, we’ll deepen our connections, nurture our collaborative ecosystem, and explore collaboration opportunities rooted in regeneration.

This unique experience blends online community sessions with an in-person gathering, set amidst the beauty of nature.

As purpose-driven individuals, we often struggle with what holds us back.

Limiting beliefs, feeling stuck, and isolation can make it hard to move forward, especially when finding meaningful connections online feels overwhelming.

We encounter challenges when seeking genuine connections and partnerships that nurture growth, both for ourselves and our collective well-being.

Our camp welcomes everyone, extending beyond our community to those open to explore inner-work and collaborative practices in nature. If you’re interested in:

🌱 Redefining what success looks like

🌱 Exploring how to amplify your impact

🌱 Co-designing a regenerative project

🌱 Growing a purpose-driven project

🌱 Reflecting on how it’s going

I prefer not to camp. Are there other accommodation options available in the area?

Absolutely! There are several B&Bs, hotels, and other accommodations nearby that offer a comfortable stay.

You can find detailed information and reviews on travel websites such as TripAdvisor, Booking.com, and Airbnb. Additionally, local tourism websites can provide more insights into the available options.

Will I miss out on anything by not camping on-site?

Not at all! While camping on-site offers a unique experience, all main activities and sessions will be accessible to everyone, regardless of where you stay.

When exactly will the online sessions take place?

We have planned one online session at the beginning of September to help participants get to know each other before the in-person gathering. Another session will take place at the end of September to focus on integration and continued connection. Specific dates will be communicated by the end of July, giving you plenty of time to schedule in advance.

Will I miss out if I can't attend the online sessions?

We highly recommend joining the online sessions, but we understand that schedules can be tight. Don’t worry, we’ll provide summaries and recordings if you can’t make it.

What will the online sessions cover?

The initial session will focus on introductions and setting intentions for the in-person experience. The post-camp session will cover integration of learnings, reflections, and opportunities for ongoing collaboration.

Will there be opportunities for continued connection and collaboration after the online sessions?

Absolutely! The final online session is designed to offer a space for continued connection and collaboration among participants, ensuring the relationships and ideas developed during the camp can thrive.

What benefits do facilitators get from getting involved in CoPartnerUp Camp?

Being a facilitator at CoPartnerUp Playground means you’re part of a co-creative experience, planting seeds for future events. You’ll engage with over 500 participants, offering your flagship session or testing new ones, and receiving valuable feedback. You have the freedom to charge for your sessions, and we’ll support you with marketing at no cost. This opportunity offers visibility, networking, and collaboration within our community. Additionally, you’ll enjoy all the perks available to our camp participants, creating a supportive environment for growth.

Is the ticket cost the same for facilitators as it is for participants?

Yes, facilitators pay the same ticket cost as participants. This fee provides them with full access to the 5-day experience, including the opportunity to showcase their work to over 500 participants. Facilitators also have the option to charge for their sessions, which can help them potentially cover their costs. Additionally, our team will actively support marketing their sessions at no cost to enhance visibility.

Do you provide travel reimbursement or compensation for facilitators?

For this event, our focus is on affordability to maximize accessibility for participants. With our event’s average ticket price below 300 euros, we’re unable to cover facilitator travel costs. However, facilitators have the opportunity to earn through ticket sales and receive complimentary marketing support to enhance visibility at no cost.

Is there financial support available for facilitators coming from outside Europe?

We’ve received significant interest from facilitators outside Europe, which we greatly appreciate. While we can’t offer financial support for travel expenses due to budget constraints, we encourage those already planning to be in Europe this summer to consider joining us. Facilitators can charge for their sessions and receive marketing assistance at no extra cost, which could be advantageous if you’re already visiting Europe during this period.

How do I apply to be a facilitator?

We welcome facilitators who wish to offer sessions in line with the objectives of the camp. If you’re interested in facilitating, please fill out this quick form so we can explore how to fit it into the CoPartnerUp Camp experience.

Where is the camp located?

The Gathering of Tribes 2024 will take place in a a private 22 acre-forest estate close to Ponte de Lima, 40min north from Porto airport, offering easy access and an immersive experience into nature.
